TrimTabs partnered with Salts Healthcare, a healthcare equipment provider, to reprocess some of its excess equipment made of plastic.

Transforming Face Masks into Carbon Nanotubes

TrimTabs demonstrated that discarded face masks can provide a useful plastic feedstock for producing advanced carbon materials.

The mask material was converted into application-rich single- and multi-walled carbon nanotubes, creating valuable materials from difficult-to-recycle PPE waste.
