Real-world applications of our carbon nanotube technology
In partnership with a leading medical waste management company, we demonstrated the conversion of used ostomy bags—a particularly challenging plastic waste stream—into high-quality carbon nanotube wires suitable for electrical applications.
The project processed 250 kg of medical plastic waste, producing CNT wires with electrical conductivity comparable to copper but at a fraction of the weight. This breakthrough demonstrates both the environmental and economic value of our technology, converting a problematic waste product into a valuable industrial material.
